2. If you wish to obtain photo(s) and/or video(s) please contact me via the contact page.

3. The terms of obtaining photo(s) and/or video(s) are that the photo is credited to me (Kevin Beer – IR Photos) with the website address displayed.

4. Any photo(s) and/or video(s) found not to be displaying these details will be reported for copyright infringement.

5. Any photo(s) and/or video(s) that have been obtained without prior permission will also be reported for copyright infringement.

6. Photo(s) and/or video(s) are not to be passed on to other parties, unless prior permission has be obtained.

7. Photo(s) and/or video(s) are not to be passed on for money, unless it is for charities (please contact me prior to use)

Reasons Behind These Rules

The reason I have gone for these strict rules on my work, is due to having a couple of photos used without my permission, and with no credit. I don’t mind having my work used in/on websites/magazines/etc. as long as I get credited for my work.
